3rd Party Middle Man Service

This service is offered for people who want to make deals via Forums or Craigslist. Since the majority of the time, people are weary regarding sending hundreds of dollars to someone they don’t know, we will be happy to provide the exchange for the two parties. 

 

How it Works

Both parties come to an agreement for a sale or trade regarding paintball equipment. The Buying Party sends payment (via Money Order, Paypal, Personal Check* Only) to Throwing Paint (TP). Selling Party will send the Paintball Equipment that has been agreed to be sold to TP. TP will open the paintball items and inspect them.** All findings (if any) will be reported to both parties. If both parties are content, then TP will forward the paintball item(s) to the buyer, and the payment to the seller.

 

 

Being we are a legitimate company Registered with the State of Oregon, and with the Federal Government, we can be reported if we fail to do our part. Further, in the paintball world, Word of Mouth is the fast way to die as a company. That is ultimately not our goal.

 

 

Cost of Service

There will be a flat rate charge of $10 per paintball marker package (a package consists of a Marker, Air Tank, Mask, and Hopper). There will be no reduction in price if only a marker is sent. Further, 2 markers sent will each be charged $10 due to each requiring general testing and inspection. Buyer and Seller are responsible for shipping to TP and from TP to the Buyer.

 

 

Shipping

Buyer and Seller must come to an agreement on who is responsible for shipping charges. TP will ship internationally. To get an accurate quote of what the cost would be to ship to Throwing Paint, please use zip code: 97030.

 

TP ships everything Priority Mail via USPS. We charge a flat rate of $13 to ship markers. Within that $13 that will include the Priority Shipping, & Confirmation Number. Additional insurance IS THE RESPONSIBILTY OF THE SELLER. Here is the table breakdown of insurance via USPS.

* - Personal Checks will be accepted as valid form of payment. Please note that if sending a Personal Check, Throwing Paint will hold the Paintball Equipment upto 14 days to allow the Seller proper time to deposit payment and make sure the check clears. Once payment has cleared, Throwing Paint will mail off the Paintball Equipment to the buyer.

 

 

** - Service Offered by Throwing Paint

  • Markers will be visually inspected, aired, checked for leaks, dry fired, and tested with 5 rounds of paintballs to make sure the marker is fully functioning.
  • Air tanks will be visually inspected; aired to 3000 PSI and will sit over a 24 hour period to ensure no leaks. The tank regulator pressure will be tested. Tester will remain on tank for a 90 minute period to ensure there is no ‘air creep’ happening within the Regulator
  • Hoppers will be visually inspected, and tested with paintballs to ensure proper operation.
  • All other paintball gear will have a visual inspection.
