When they say Heavy Duty, they mean it. This belt is super thick which may make weaving it through the belt loops initially difficult. Once there, however, it won't budge unless you intentionally make an effort to adjust it. Adjusting is easy with the velcro and the release clip seems pretty durable. This belt is exactly what I was looking for.
